In addition, the residual burr has some problems, such as good toughness, high hardness, incomplete separation from the substrate of the workpiece, and limited machining space of the tool, which leads to extremely difficult burr removal.


At present, the metal parts of the gearbox are mainly removed manually, that is, by using tools such as scraper, reamer, grinding head and sandpaper; Subject to the technical level and experience of workers, there are many problems in manual deburring:


① Low efficiency, 2 3 large bearing pedestals per person / shift;


② Unstable quality, prone to missing deburring or unsatisfactory deburring; ③ Bottleneck process, large labor demand and high labor cost.


In order to solve the embarrassing situation of deburring metal parts of gearbox, we communicated and tested with many professional deburring equipment manufacturers at home and abroad, and the deburring effect of each equipment manufacturer did not meet the expectation; Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the deburring technology of gearbox metal parts and solve the problem of deburring under the condition of mass production of gearbox metal parts.
